I've eaten here for breakfast many times, it's always been good diner food. I usually buy some pastries after breakfast and they're always a hit! Cocopuffs are a must. I also enjoy their brownies. This was my first time purchasing a custom cake. The process was easy: you go online order the type of cake you want along with the icing color frosting flavor, and you wait for someone to give you a call to confirm your request. I didn't get a call back, so I called the bakery and purchased my order over the phone for the same day. They did a great job on this little birthday cake! Note: A butter cake is very, very buttery! Also was not expecting the almonds on top so if you have an allergy, let them know. I would definitely try other flavors and if I'm in need of a birthday cake this place is very convenient. Side note: Can we also please continue supporting our local businesses so places that have been in business forever like Liliha bakery doesn't shut down.

When you just don't know... Taking mom out for dinner and it's the usual answer..."I don't know how about Chinese..." gah! Then she throws out how about sandwich...or soup..."I don't know!" Not feeling like choosing I came to decide on Liliha Bakery as it's at a convenient location on the upper level of Ala Moana Center right inside Macy's. With offering breakfast all day the selection here is endless...from pancakes to lobster tail or how about their fried chicken with their famous butter roll I think choosing here made I harder to decide on what's for dinner lol! Mom had the Steak & Eggs while I got the Mushroom Chicken with macaroni salad though they brough it with greens which I informed the server and brought out a scoop...never have I seen a macaroni salad with raisin and parsley mixed in uuhhhh nah! I also ordered their Matcha Tea Lemonade which actually was really good the right blend and not too tart, the food took a bit of waiting though we enjoyed ourselves and I was shocked that mom ate almost everything. Going outside of our usual is a refreshing break and though there was a bit of differences variety is definitely the perk of our local biz. Thank you!

I was craving for beef stew from Highway Inn but as soon as I left home, traffic was already bad so I decided to just go here for dinner and try something different from my usual prime rib. I ordered the smoked belly loco moco with a side of mixed greens! The belly is soo juicy and I got a huge serving that I only ate half of my plate so I still have leftovers for lunchie tomorrow. Broke da mouth, brah and I get to see my usual waitstaff, Berlyn and Erna. They are super nice and of course, we talk story!

This location is tucked inside Macy's at the Ala Moana mall. We had the hardest time navigating the parking lot and finding the closest entrance so I deducted one star for that. The rest of the experience was pretty good. My husband enjoyed the oxtail soup and I ordered the loco moco with a sunny side egg. My egg was a bit overcooked but the delicious gravy made up for that. We had to flag down our server for water refills and the check so service could have been better. I think we'll try this location again now that we know how to find it.
